Job Description

SUMMARY

An Outdoor Lighting Perspectives installer will be responsible for installation of low voltage outdoor lighting systems generally in residential and commercial settings - we design and install AWESOMENESS! Strong work ethic and customer service mentality are the most important qualifications - we will train you on the rest! We are a new business and are growing quickly! Seeking candidates interested in the possibility of career advancement/crew management. Part to full time - guarantee of 24 hours a week, could exceed 40 in busy times

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with a shovel
Assembling lights and mounting them in prescribed locations
Speaking with the customer to upsell other products
Provide customer with system orientation as applicable
Proper care and operation of company vehicles
Ensuring there are proper inventory levels
Running and burying low voltage wiring in landscape areas and lawns
Mounting transformers and connecting wire runs
Clean up of all areas affected by the installation
Providing direction and/or assistance to other installers when applicable
Speaking with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services available

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Has a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
Makes a good first impression by being well-groomed, articulate, personable, and comfortable meeting new people
Enjoys interacting with customers with respect and integrity
Above-average technical ability
Attention to detail and respect for our customer's property
Systematic in their approach
Proactive, problem solver
Strong sense of pride and integrity in work product
Enjoys working outside, and having fun!

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED.
Ideal candidate should have varied computer experience.
Will train the right candidate.
