This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks that help keep production running efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced environment.Required Experience & Skills Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment is preferred Comfortable working in warehouse, shop, or outdoor environmentsEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with general production, assembly, and warehouse tasks Load, unload, and move materials by hand or with equipment as needed Clean and prepare work areas, tools, and equipment Support machine operators and skilled employees with production activities Perform basic assembly, packaging, sorting, and material handling duties Follow work instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines Meet daily productivity and quality standardsPreferred Qualifications Previous general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience Experience using hand tools or basic machinery Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Comfortable working in warehouse, manufacturing, or outdoor environmentsWork Environment Warehouse and manufacturing setting Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Exposure to industrial equipment, materials, and production machinery Required PPE must be worn in accordance with company safety policiesWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Stable first-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to gain manufacturing and warehouse experience Supportive team environment with room for growthReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-576-7117 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel Claremore507 E.
