This position involves using hand tools, assisting with assembly and production activities, handling materials, and performing general shop duties throughout the workday.The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable with physical work, and able to safely use basic hand tools while maintaining consistent quality and productivity.Required Experience & Skills Comfortable using hand tools, including wrenches Ability to repeatedly lift and handle up to 50 lbs Ability to follow work instructions and established procedures Strong attention to quality and safety Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and willingness to learnEssential Duties & Responsibilities Use wrenches and other hand tools to assemble, disassemble, and adjust components Assist with general assembly and production activities Handle and move parts and materials throughout the work area Follow work instructions and production requirements Inspect parts and materials for obvious defects or quality concerns Maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean and organized Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE Communicate production, material, or quality concerns to supervisors Perform additional general labor and shop duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications Previous general labor or manufacturing experience Assembly or production experience Experience using hand tools and basic shop equipment Warehouse or material-handling experience Basic mechanical aptitude Previous experience performing repetitive production workPhysical Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and repetitive movement Manual dexterity required for hand-tool and assembly work Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Comfortable working on your feet for the majority of the shiftWork Environment Climate-controlled shop environment Hands-on production and assembly work Regular use of wrenches and other hand tools Physically active position involving repetitive tasks and material handling Consistent MondayFriday daytime schedule Team-oriented workplace focused on safety, quality, and productivityWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Starting pay of $13.00/hour Stable MondayFriday day-shift schedule Climate-controlled work environment Hands-on manufacturing and assembly experience Opportunity to develop mechanical, production, and hand-tool skills Great fit for dependable candidates looking for steady general labor workReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel Tulsa Skilled Division1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120MondayFriday | 8 AM 4 PM
