Now Hiring: Landfill Operations Laborer

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to support daily landfill operations.

Responsibilities:

Direct customers and haulers to disposal areas
Inspect incoming loads
Maintain site cleanliness and collect litter
Assist equipment operators
Follow safety and environmental regulations
Perform general labor, maintenance, and cleanup duties

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift and move heavy materials
Waste management, construction, or labor experience preferred
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Comfortable working around heavy equipment
Must wear required PPE
