- Support daily production and warehouse operations*
- Follow safety procedures and complete safety checks*
- Read work orders and packaging instructions*
- Stack, pack, inspect, and organize finished materials*
- Prepare carts, racks, and staging materials*
- Scan inventory and maintain accurate tracking*
- Assist machine operators and production team members*
- Keep work areas clean and organized*
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred*
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus*
- Ability to read work instructions and use basic math skills*
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness*
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic*
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
