Job Title: General LaborerLocation: Fort Ripley, MNCompensation: $16.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 5:30am- 2:30pmJob Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborer workers for a wood packaging manufacturing company in Fort Ripley, MN. In this role, you’ll help assemble high-quality wood packaging products and support a clean, organized facility. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a General Laborer:

Operate a nail gun to assemble wood packaging products
Operate a screw gun, stack, and lift lumber
Clean and maintain the work area
Perform various physical and manual tasks as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
Ability to stand for an 8–10 hour shift with breaks
No experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
Reliable transportation to Fort Ripley, MN
