• Rotate between Egg Setting, Chick Processing, Chick Transfer, and Sanitation departments
• Handle and process day-old chicks while following animal welfare and safety guidelines
• Apply vaccines and assist with chick sorting and gender identification
• Clean and sanitize equipment, production lines, trays, and hatchery work areas
• Follow strict biosecurity and contamination prevention procedures
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and customer orders

What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer Role:

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts on concrete surfaces
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
• Ability to work early morning hours starting at approximately 6:00 AM
• Ability to work in an environment with water, cleaning chemicals, dust, and odors
• Prior agriculture, production, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Entry-level candidates welcome; on-the-job training provided
