Job Description

Essential Personnel is hiring a dependable General Laborer on an as-needed basis to support material movement and warehouse needs. This General Laborer position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision. This General Laborer role requires the ability to safely lift and move materials, follow written procedures, and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift. Ideal General Laborer candidates must be available to work with minimal notice, have a flexible schedule and be able to adapt with ease.

Requirements for General Laborer:

Ability to work AS NEEDED
Superior attendance record
Ability to lift, move and relocate boxes or products
Keen attention to detail

Responsibilities for General Laborer:

Manually load and unload products
Prepare boxes for processing
Perform regular cleaning tasks
Identify and report potential safety hazards
