This hands-on position supports fabrication, welding, material handling, equipment operation, deliveries, maintenance, and general shop activities.The ideal candidate has previous industrial, construction, or general labor experience, is comfortable performing physically demanding work, and is eager to learn new equipment and manufacturing skills.Required Experience & Skills• Previous industrial, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience required• Manufacturing education or certification preferred• Strong commitment to workplace safety• Ability to follow established work procedures and instructions• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout extended shifts• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written• Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes• Reliable attendance and strong work ethicEssential Duties & Responsibilities• Assist welders, fabricators, and other production team members with daily shop activities• Support fabrication and welding operations as directed• Clean and maintain safe, organized work areas• Follow standard work procedures and job safety requirements• Maintain established quality standards for completed work• Assist with material movement and general production activities• Support deliveries, maintenance activities, and shop projects as needed• Learn to safely operate grinders, plasma cutters, and other fabrication tools• Learn to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material-handling equipment• Communicate production, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors• Perform additional shop, production, and general labor duties as assignedEquipment & Skills DevelopmentCandidates should be willing to learn how to safely use and operate:• Grinders• Plasma cutters• Forklifts• Overhead cranes• Hand and power tools• Manufacturing and fabrication equipmentPhysical Requirements• Ability to lift and move light to heavy materials throughout the workday• Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, climbing, reaching, and repetitive physical activity• Ability to remain physically active for extended shifts• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial conditions• Ability to safely work around welding, fabrication, and material-handling equipment while wearing required PPEWork Environment• Industrial manufacturing and fabrication facility• Fast-paced environment supporting welding, fabrication, maintenance, and production operations• Exposure to varying temperatures, industrial equipment, heavy materials, and active manufacturing processes• Extended weekday hours and Saturday work required• Safety-focused workplace requiring strict compliance with company proceduresWhy You'll Want This Opportunity• Starting pay of $15.00/hour• Consistent full-time hours with significant work availability• Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity• Opportunity to gain hands-on fabrication and manufacturing experience• Learn valuable skills using grinders, plasma cutters, forklifts, and overhead cranes• Excellent opportunity for hardworking candidates looking to advance into skilled manufacturing positionsReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 405-367-3076 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel – Oklahoma City3625 S.
