This is a hands-on position working at various job sites and assisting with framing, concrete, drywall, painting, material handling, and other construction-related responsibilities.The ideal candidate has previous construction experience, is comfortable working outdoors, and can contribute across multiple phases of a project. Reliable transportation is required, as employees must be able to travel to different construction sites throughout the Tulsa area.The client will review resumes before scheduling interviews, so candidates with documented construction experience are strongly encouraged to apply.Required Experience & Skills Previous construction or general labor experience required Experience with framing, concrete, painting, and drywall Reliable transportation required to travel between job sites Ability to safely use basic construction and hand tools Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople Strong work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a construction crew Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Steel-toe boots required Must wear jeans and appropriate construction work attireEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with framing and general construction projects Measure, position, and handle framing materials Perform concrete work as directed Assist with concrete preparation, placement, and related tasks Help install and repair drywall Assist with painting and finishing work Prepare surfaces and work areas for painting Load and unload construction materials Move lumber, drywall, tools, equipment, and other job-site materials Stage materials for skilled trades and construction crews Assist with general job-site cleanup Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow supervisor instructions and project requirements Follow all company and job-site safety procedures Perform additional construction and general labor duties as assignedConstruction SkillsCandidates should have hands-on experience with multiple areas of construction, including: Framing Concrete Drywall installation and repair Painting Construction finishing Material handling General job-site labor Basic hand and power tools Job-site cleanup and organizationCandidates who can contribute across several trades will be especially valuable to the construction team.Framing Responsibilities Assist with framing construction projects Handle and stage lumber and framing materials Measure and position materials as directed Assist skilled workers with assembly and installation Maintain organized framing materials and work areasConcrete, Drywall & PaintingDepending on project needs, responsibilities may include: Assisting with concrete work Moving and preparing concrete-related materials Drywall installation Drywall repair and finishing support Surface preparation Interior or exterior painting Touch-up and finishing work General construction cleanupJob Site & Transportation RequirementsThis position involves work at multiple construction sites throughout the Tulsa area.Candidates must: Have reliable transportation Be able to report directly to different job sites as assigned Arrive on time and ready to work Maintain required work clothing and PPE Be comfortable working indoors and outdoors Adapt to changing project and job-site needsRequired Work Gear Steel-toe boots required Jeans required Appropriate construction work attire Additional PPE must be worn when required by the job sitePreferred Qualifications Construction General Labor and other job-site materials Comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding construction work Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions Ability to safely perform assigned duties while wearing required PPEWork Environment Active construction job sites throughout the Tulsa area Combination of indoor and outdoor work Regular exposure to construction materials, tools, equipment, dust, noise, and varying weather conditions Hands-on work involving framing, concrete, drywall, painting, and material handling Job-site locations may change according to
