Job Description

Machine Operator / General Laborer Location: Pearl, MSPay: $14.00/hourSchedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a steel manufacturing facility in Pearl, MS as Machine Operators/General Laborers.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machinery used in the steel manufacturing process
Load and unload materials as needed
Assist with general production and labor duties throughout the facility
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
Use hand and power tools
Read a tape measure is a plus!
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus but not required
Must have reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
