Production Plant Associate (General Laborer / Tub Wash)

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

*Please note shifts can change depending on scheduling*

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Plant Associates to join our team. This position includes general labor and tub wash responsibilities within a fast-paced plant environment. Ideal candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in varying temperature conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties to support plant operations
Wash, clean, and sanitize tubs and production equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Assist team members and supervisors as needed
Meet daily production and quality standards

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive motions
Comfortable working in environments with extreme temperature changes (hot and cold conditions)

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (but not required)
Strong work ethic and attendance record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work assigned shift consistently
Have reliable transportation
