Join our team for an exciting, short-term project in Sutherlin as a Construction Laborer and make a difference every day.As a Construction Laborer, you'll be an essential part of preparing the job site and assisting with foundational work. You'll collaborate closely with the crew to ensure safety, efficiency, and timely completion of the project.What You'll DoAs a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Working with rebar to reinforce concrete structures*
  • Setting forms accurately to prepare for concrete pours*
  • Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment safely*
  • Maintaining site cleanliness and organization at all times by clearing debris*
  • Assisting with other heavy physical tasks to keep the project on schedule
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Ability to start immediately (tomorrow morning!)*
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive, heavy labor tasks*
  • Experience or comfort working safely with basic construction tools (like mallets/sledgehammers for rebar)*
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude*
  • Ability to lift, maneuver heavy materials, and stand for long periods outdoors
