Job Description
We are looking for an experienced General Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating both CNC and manual machining equipment and be able to produce quality parts from blueprints and work orders.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Program and edit CNC controls as needed
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machines and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Safely operate overhead cranes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Experience with CNC and manual machining equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders
- Experience with CNC programming and setup
- Proficient with precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
