Responsibilities:
- Perform general facility repairs including: carpentry, plumbing, painting, and fixture repair.
- Troubleshoot simple electrical and mechanical systems.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance reports.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional standards while working in secure, high-visibility facilities.
Qualifications:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. of equipment/materials as needed.
- Background, drug and driving check required.
