GENERAL MANAGER

As the General Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our establishment's operations. From ensuring exceptional guest experiences to driving profitability, you'll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver excellence every day.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and direction to all departments, including operations, finance, human resources, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and cost control measures.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee hiring, training, and development initiatives to cultivate a high-performing team.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, operational reports, and financial results to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision making.
  • Address guest concerns, service failures, and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner to protect the guest experience and brand reputation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, preferably in a related field, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • The work environment may involve exposure to smoke, with the intensity varying based on the specific location of the establishment.
