General Manager - Beef 'O' Brady's (Champaign Location)

Come join a winning team! Beef 'O' Brady's Family Sports Pub & Arcade is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Champaign location. We are an award-winning, family-friendly sports restaurant known for great food, great sports, and a welcoming environment where guests feel like part of the family.

What You'll Do

Our General Manager leads the restaurant by:

  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining outstanding team members

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality food

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards

  • Driving sales growth and community engagement

  • Managing labor, food costs, and operational budgets

  • Achieving or exceeding financial performance goals

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service casual dining restaurant

  • 21 years of age or older

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat and equipment

  • Food Manager Certification required (or ability to obtain)
