Job Description

Are you a leader who wants to do more than just follow a script?

Club 24 Concept Gyms is looking for a General Manager to run a high-energy club, lead a strong team, drive sales, and take real ownership of the business.

This is not a paint-by-numbers management job.

We are not looking for someone to simply keep the lights on and follow a checklist. We want someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants the freedom to lead, make decisions, build a team, solve problems, and grow a gym.

For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to gain real ownership-style experience inside a growing gym company.

If you want to own a gym someday, this is a dream job.

At Club 24, we believe in Real Gyms. Real Goals. Real Results. We operate high-value, high-energy clubs built around what members actually want: premium equipment, great value, 24/7 access, and a strong culture built on accountability and results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the overall performance of the gym, including:
  • Drive membership sales and promotions
  • Build, coach, and hold your team accountable
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, customer service, and club energy
  • Follow up on leads, prospects, and former members with urgency
  • Use systems and tools to improve performance
  • Solve problems fast and take ownership of results

    Requirements

    We want someone who is:

  • Competitive and performance-driven
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Strong enough to hold people accountable
  • Positive, outgoing, and confident
  • Organized, consistent, and action-oriented
  • Obsessed with standards
  • Hungry to grow as a leader

You should be the kind of person who does not wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen, take responsibility, and make it happen.

    Why This Role Stands Out

Most management jobs give you a script and expect you to maintain the system.

This role gives you the chance to actually run the gym.

You will have clear goals and high standards, but also the flexibility to lead your club, develop your team, and bring your own energy and ideas to the business.

For someone who wants to eventually own or operate their own gym, this is real-world experience you cannot get from the sidelines.

    Benefits

    Compensation

We offer the most aggressive payscale and benefits package in the industry for top performers.

    • You can earn a significant bonus on every paycheck as well as profit sharing as you work toward owning your own gym.
