About the Role

As a General Manager, you'll lead all aspects of bakery performance-from financial results and operations to team development and guest experience. You'll own your business, develop future leaders, and create a culture rooted in accountability, growth, and great service.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall bakery performance, including sales, labor, and profitability

• Deliver a high-quality guest experience through strong operational execution

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team

• Build a strong bench by developing future leaders

• Manage scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operations

• Lead with a focus on accountability, teamwork, and results

Who We're Looking For

• 2-3+ years of General Manager experience

• Strong leadership, operational, and people development skills

• Passion for delivering great guest experiences

• Desire to grow within a company that invests in its people

Hourly Rate:

$23.65 - $35.48 per hour

• Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations.
