Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations of the dealership, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and marketing initiatives.
Manage inventory levels, vehicle ordering, and pricing strategies.
Ensure exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
Manage departmental budgets and control expenses effectively.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all dealership staff.
Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors.
RequirementsProven track record of success in automotive sales management.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Excellent understanding of dealership operations, including F&I, Service, and Parts.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to analyze financial statements and market trends.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
