Requirements

What You'll Do:

Lead daily operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience and a culture of excellence.
Hire, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing team.
Drive membership growth and retention through strong leadership and sales focus.
Partner with department heads to hit performance goals and maintain a clean, energetic, and welcoming facility.
Uphold Fit Factory's values and culture by setting the tone for positivity, accountability, and fun.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of management experience (fitness or hospitality preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven ability to hit goals and lead teams to success.
Passion for fitness and a "Whatever It Takes" mindset.
Tech-savvy with solid organizational skills.
