Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow a commercial security systems operation. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, driving revenue growth, managing field and office teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all projects and client relationships.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in electronic security, low voltage systems, or a related technical services industry, combined with proven leadership and operational expertise.Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service, installation, sales, and project execution
  • Lead and develop teams across field technicians, project managers, and sales staff
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development, client retention, and account expansion
  • Establish and maintain operational processes to ensure efficient project delivery and service performance
  • Monitor financial performance including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, vendors, and strategic partners
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, market expansion, and business initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support long-term growth
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial security, low voltage, or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, and integrated security solutions
  • Proven experience managing operations, teams, and revenue targets
  • Experience with P&L responsibility and business performance metrics
  • Ability to lead both technical and sales teams effectively
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working in a field-service or project-based environment
