- Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service, installation, sales, and project execution
- Lead and develop teams across field technicians, project managers, and sales staff
- Drive revenue growth through new business development, client retention, and account expansion
- Establish and maintain operational processes to ensure efficient project delivery and service performance
- Monitor financial performance including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, vendors, and strategic partners
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, market expansion, and business initiatives
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support long-term growth
- 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial security, low voltage, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, and integrated security solutions
- Proven experience managing operations, teams, and revenue targets
- Experience with P&L responsibility and business performance metrics
- Ability to lead both technical and sales teams effectively
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Experience working in a field-service or project-based environment
