• Full P&L ownership for the Phoenix commercial roofing division
• Establish and grow market presence across re-roofing, service, and maintenance
• Build, lead, and scale teams across operations, project management, sales, and field supervision
• Drive business development and client relationships with GCs, owners, and property managers
• Oversee project execution, safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy, forecasting, and long-term growth plans
• Implement company standards while adapting execution to the local Phoenix market

What They’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in commercial roofing
• Prior experience in a senior leadership role (GM, Director, VP, or Branch Manager, Senior Project Manager)
• Strong understanding of operations, estimating, sales, and project delivery
• Proven ability to build teams and grow revenue in a competitive market
• Experience working within a multi-branch or national roofing organization strongly preferred
• Financial acumen with clear understanding of margins, backlog, and cash flow
