Responsibilities & Requirements:

Develops and inspires the restaurant team
Creates exceptional guest experiences
Acts as the face and voice of the brand
Manages business operations effectively
Maintains a safe and appealing facility

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent people leadership and guest service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills
Problem-solving abilities
Available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of management experience

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Consistently handle product preparation
Follow proper lifting procedures
