Their custom-made products serve various industries such as medical, industrial, transportation, and consumer products.Job DescriptionThe General Manager will be responsible for:Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes, aligning with organizational goals and KPIs.Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.Driving the safety program for the site ensuring safe operating practices and high safety awareness amongst employees
