General ManagerMy client is a leading, global manufacturer of engineered metal components, serving top brands worldwide. They supply companies in Aerospace, Agriculture, Automotive, and much more. Lead and develop teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Inside Sales, and Supply ChainChampion a world-class safety culture, ensuring employee well-being is always the top priority
Establish and execute strategic direction, aligning operations to business growth objectives
Drive on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness, consistently exceeding customer expectations
Build and monitor key KPIs across operations, quality, and sales performance
Partner with commercial teams to win new business and expand market share
Identify and eliminate waste through Lean manufacturing principles, improving productivity and cost structure
Own budgeting, capital planning, and ROI analysis for growth and operational investments
Strengthen customer relationships while supporting new business development efforts
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Proven success leading highly engineered, custom or non-standard product environments
Strong background in Lean manufacturing, quality systems, and continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to scale operations and manage rapid growth
Experience building and maintaining a robust safety-first culture
Financial acumen with a deep understanding of cash flow, income statements, and cost drivers
Expertise with ERP systems and product costing
Commercial mindset with experience supporting or leading revenue growth and sales strategy
Exceptional leadership presence-decisive, analytical, and highly accountable
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
What's on OfferBase salary $160,000 - $200,000 depending on experience level30% annual target bonus
