General Manager

Location: Houma, LA

Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000/year + Percentage Ownership Opportunity

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Oneway AC is expanding its presence across residential and commercial HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration services. With increasing demand and new opportunities ahead, we're looking for a General Manager who can grow with the business, lead teams through change, and help scale operations to the next level.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to step into a company that's actively evolving and creating new pathways for advancement.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead daily operations across service, installation, and office teams
Support company growth by improving processes and team performance
Drive revenue through KPIs, planning, and accountability
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial results
Ensure high standards of customer service and job quality
Work with ownership on long-term strategy and expansion plans

What We're Looking For

5+ years of leadership or management experience
Background in HVAC or service-based industries preferred
Strong operational and financial management skills
Experience leading teams and improving performance
Ability to implement structure and support company growth
Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
