Job Description

Olio e Piu is seeking a passionate, experiencedGeneral Manager to lead our awesome tenured staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to motivate and inspire employees, and have strong interpersonal skills in order to work as part of a team as well as with clients. The successful candidate will also be able to use their experience to design and implement policies that will allow our organization to meet the needs of both clients and employees.

Essential Functions:

  • Negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to make decisions.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.

  • Proactively ensure compliance of food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Availability:

  • Day shift

License/Certification:

  • NYC Food Protection Certificate (Required)
