As a result of an internal promotion, the Cat Cora Taproom located in the Detroit Metro Airport is looking for a true restaurateur for our next General Manager.

Position: General Manager
Job Responsibilities:
As a General Manager at Cat Cora's Taproom, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that every aspect of our restaurant, from food quality and service to our dedicated team and inviting atmosphere, consistently exceeds expectations. Your positive attitude and leadership skills will set the tone for our service and culinary teams, inspiring them to deliver a remarkable guest experience. Your primary responsibilities include:
Leadership: Lead and inspire our service and culinary teams to consistently deliver outstanding service and food quality.
Team Development: Utilize your proven ability to develop and nurture teams, fostering a performance-driven culture.
Operational Excellence: Apply your knowledge of systems, methods, and processes to contribute to the seamless execution of daily operations.
Career Progression: Maintain a stable work history that demonstrates upward career progression, serving as a role model for our team members.

Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture.
Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
Stable working history that demonstrates upward career progress.
