A well-established Marriott-branded hotel near Houston Texas is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations.

This confidential opportunity is ideal for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all hotel operations
Foster a culture focused on exceptional guest service and associate engagement
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall hotel performance
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent
Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and operational excellence
Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve results
Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, safety, and service
Build strong relationships with guests, associates, ownership, and business partners

Qualifications

Previous General Manager experience in a select-service or limited-service hotel required
Marriott brand experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational results
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
Proven ability to build a positive, accountable, and guest-focused culture
