Job Summary

Lead the charge in delivering unforgettable fan experiences through world-class concessions operations. The General Manager of Concessions will oversee all aspects of concessions service, driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction across all events. This role will lead teams, optimize performance, and ensure all food and beverage operations align with company standards and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in food & beverage or concessions management

• Experience managing large-scale venue operations

• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software

• ServSafe Certification (or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all concessions operations across events and daily activities

• Manage staffing plans, scheduling, and labor budgets

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

• Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings and pricing

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels

• Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience
