Essential Job Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
- Additional duties related to operations and administration as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Minimum of 1 years experience working in a accounting office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
- Self-starter and able to complete tasks without direct supervision
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Understands and adheres to the confidential nature of the role
