Help Keep Our Roads Safe.S&L Industrial is looking for motivated and reliable Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining road safety and infrastructure through hands-on pavement marking and traffic control work.If you're hardworking, dependable, and enjoy working outdoors as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.About S&L IndustrialS&L Industrial provides traffic control and pavement marking services. Whether it's 500 feet or 500 miles, we get the job done safely, properly, and on time.What You'll DoRoad Striping and Pavement Marking: Assist in applying road markings, including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols, using specialized equipment.Traffic Control: Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and perform basic maintenance on CDL required vehicles, such as trucks and striping machines.Physical Labor: Perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.What We're Looking ForValid Driver's License with a clean driving record; Class A or B, CDL a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control is a plus.Ability to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting demands is necessary.Why Join S&L Industrial?Hands-on work that directly supports road safety and infrastructure
