Job Description

Job Title: General Production AssociateLocation: Rockford, MNCompensation: $20.00 per hour – paid weeklySchedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm Job Type: Temp | Full-timeAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Production Associates for a manufacturing company producing car wash cleaning products in Rockford, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce and package essential products in a team-oriented environment while working in a steady, hands-on setting. If you enjoy physical, fast-paced work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a General Production Associate:

Work with a team to produce and package car wash cleaning products
Pack and palletize finished products for shipment
Put inventory away within the warehouse
Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate a forklift to move materials (as needed)

What You Need to Bring to the General Production Associate Role:

Ability to lift 50+ pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Previous forklift experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
