General Production - Blender Ii/Cook - 2Nd Shift

Shift: 3:30 PM-2:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.49 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

At our Fayetteville, AR Conagra Plant, we're producing Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol Reporting to the Team Lead, you will monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 500 associates.

Schedule: Monday- Thursday and occasional Friday's, as needed| 10-hour shifts | Schedule 3:30pm- 2:30am

Shift: 2nd

Starting Pay: $19.49/hour + $1.00 shift differential

A Taste of What You'll Do:

Operate a variety of production machines and equipment.

Follow lock out tag out procedures

Monitor and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Supply production lines to maintain continuous product flow.

Perform product quality checks to ensure our products meet consumer and company standards.

Collaborate with multiple departments to meet production goals.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.

Ingredients for Success:

Machine Operator experience preferred

Ability to perform physical work, including lifting boxes up to 40+ pounds, climbing stairs, and frequent use of hands and arms.

Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, and noise.

Commitment to safety- PPE is provided, including ear protection.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demand.

Physical Requirements: Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials. Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.
