JELD-WEN Fiber Oregon is hiring for multiple General Utility Positions.
Hourly rates starting from $18.57 + shift differential for second and third shift.
Shifts- Rotating 7:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.
Rotating 7:30 P.M. to 7:30 A.M.
Overtime Available as needed.
Must be available to work any shift.
A typical day for a General Utility team member might include:
- Operating small or large machines
- Work on fiber lines, grading door skins, pulling carts, clean-up
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Inspect all product for quality
- Machining products for hardware installation
- Material preparation and material handling
- Staging and packaging finished product for delivery
- Working with the team to achieve safety, quality and production goals
- Standing for up to 12 hours per day
- Pulling, bending, twisting, reaching
- Lifting up to 60 pounds
- Other manufacturing duties as needed
Skills You Will Need:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Punctual attendance
- Safety mindset
- Dependable
