Westfield Ford has been in business for 40 years and is looking to grow. We are looking to hire a General Sales manager to grow our sales business. Ford Experience preferred but not required.```html

Westfield Ford, Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Countryside, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of automotive sales, and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership sales goals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecast future sales trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and improve sales processes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPI management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
