You’re the kind of person who is hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment where the wellness of both dogs and people is top priority.What You'll Do:  As the General Store Manager (Scenter Manager), you’ll be responsible for the overall success of the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving membership sales, overseeing staff development, and creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for both dogs and humans.Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Team Building: Lead a team of passionate dog lovers! Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to develop a high-performing, motivated team.- Sales & Membership Growth: Drive sales through health and wellness education for dog parents. Make every visit count by educating clients on the benefits of routine care and upselling memberships.- Operations & Performance: Monitor and manage critical KPIs (Labor Efficiency Ratio, Average Ticket Price, Rebook Ratio) to ensure the store meets and exceeds its goals.- Hands-On Participation: Roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed, ensuring dogs are well cared for, and the team stays on track. From handling dogs to assisting with the workflow, you lead by example!- Customer Service: Be the face of Scenthound!
