This role is critical to our organization as you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of healthcare construction projects from start to finish. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of unique, complex projects.Responsibilities: Position will over Lead 6-10 Superintendents NOT a Project. Must enjoy Training and support of Superintendents.

• Direct and control the project's design and construction, ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including remodels, renovations, and new builds.
• Implement and enforce ICRA training and construction protocols, ensuring all staff adhere to safety regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate and supervise the installation of MRI and CT machines, ensuring compliance with manufacturer's guidelines and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and healthcare personnel, to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, taking corrective action as necessary.
• Manage and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a superintendent role within the construction industry, with a strong preference for candidates with healthcare construction experience.
• Proven experience with remodels, renovations, ICRA training and construction, and the installation of MRI and CT machines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety practices.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
