General Surgeon - Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated General Surgery Physician to deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment, and education to our patients, while coordinating care across departments and with other entities.

Essential Functions:

As a key member of our surgical team, you will:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide care in inpatient and emergency settings, including participation in call coverage.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all services.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Promote patient satisfaction through compassionate and professional care.
• Support office operations and billing processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless care.
• Uphold all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Work Schedule: One week per month plus call.
