Job Responsibilities

As a DC General Warehouse Associate supporting a new warehouse within out Waterloo Distribution Center you will:

Hours:

7am- 3:30pm M-F with overtime as needed and

8am- 4:30pm M-F with overtime as needed

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials

• Pick and fill orders from stock accurately and efficiently

• Pack and ship orders in a timely manner

• Manage, coordinate, and retrieve stock in the warehouse

• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment

• Follow quality service standards and align with procedures, rules, and regulations

• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery

• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically fast-paced environment

• Strong dedication to safety and team collaboration

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Pay Range:

• $15.00 - $30.15

• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
