General LaborerPay:$15.00 per hourLocation:Oklahoma City, OK 73179Shift:1st Shift | Monday Friday 7: 00 AM 6: 00 PM | Saturday 7: 00 AM 4: 00 PMJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125065Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable General Laborer to support fabrication, welding, warehouse, and shop operations in Oklahoma City, OK. This role assists production teams with material handling, equipment operation, maintenance tasks, and general shop support while helping maintain a safe and productive work environment.The ideal General Laborer is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a manufacturing environment.Required Experience & Skills Previous experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or general labor environments required Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies Strong work ethic and dependable attendance REQUIRED Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Manufacturing training or certifications are a plusEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assist fabrication and welding teams with daily production tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform general shop labor and material handling duties Support equipment operators and production personnel as needed Learn and assist with operation of grinders, forklifts, overhead cranes, plasma cutters, and related equipment Follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements Help maintain quality standards on all work performed Perform warehouse, maintenance, and shop support tasks as assigned Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Complete additional projects and duties as neededPreferred Qualifications Forklift experience Overhead crane experience Manufacturing or fabrication experience Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power toolsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift and move light to heavy materials throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, climb, squat, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periods Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial environments Ability to safely wear required PPE and follow safety protocolsWork Environment Manufacturing and fabrication environment Exposure to welding operations, machinery, tools, and industrial equipment Fast-paced production setting focused on safety and quality Team-oriented workplace with opportunities to learn skilled tradesWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Consistent full-time hours with overtime opportunities Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to learn fabrication and manufacturing skills Hands-on work environment with career growth potential Stable industrial employer with advancement opportunitiesReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 405-367-3076 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:3625 S.
