Looking For:-Prior experience with microbiology, hematology, chemistry, blood banking, coagulation, urinalysis, serology, and blood gases and ability to move between all areas easily within the same shift.-Emotionally mature and able to maintain same in stressful or STAT situations.-Current ASCP certification or equivalent.
