Charlotte, NC is the preferred location for this position.

This role within the Gas Generation PMO leads program-level data, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making across a growing portfolio of generation projects. The position focuses on developing Power BI dashboards, evolving the PMO data strategy, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and consistency improving data transparency, and delivering clear insights to leadership. The role also supports key program and regulatory deliverables through coordinated data management and reporting.

The incumbent must have leadership ability, organizational knowledge, experience, and strategic vision. The incumbent must possess the technical acumen to design/analyze/assess program details, have proficiency in critical thinking to optimize results and recommend adjustment to program initiatives, all to achieve improved results.

The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead the preparation of complex reports and presentations. This level will frequently interface with all levels of management across the enterprise, including GMs, VPs, Senior VPs, and the senior management groups.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and program reporting tools to provide clear visibility into schedule, milestones, risks, and overall program performance

  • Own PMO data management and reporting strategy, improving data accessibility, quality, and consistency across the Gas Generation portfolio

  • Translate complex project and regulatory data into actionable insights to support decision-making by Project Directors and senior leadership

  • Support program and regulatory deliverables by coordinating data, tracking key milestones, and assisting with reporting requirements and data requests

  • Partner with Project Controls, Development, Legal, and Strategy teams to align data sources, standardize reporting processes, and improve program-level transparency

Basic/Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 8 plus years minimum work-related experience OR

HS/GED and 14 plus years minimum work-related experience in lieu of a degree.

Desired Qualifications: PMP

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong collaboration/interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills

  • Business acumen and ability to interpret regulatory language

  • Construction experience

Working Conditions:

  • Primary location will be corporate office.

  • Occasional travel to corporate/regional offices and generating project sites.
