What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel and natural gas generators
Diagnose and troubleshoot Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), generator controls, excitation systems, and related equipment
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals with care and accuracy
Complete service documentation thoroughly and on time
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding equipment status and service findings
Follow established safety procedures, company policies, and industry best practices consistently

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of power generation experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Comfort working from technical documentation and established procedures
A careful, detail-oriented approach to diagnostics and recordkeeping
Professional, straightforward communication style
Valid driving record with fewer than three moving violations and no felony convictions
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
