Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

· No prior automotive experience required.

· Candidates must have a stable work history

· Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday

· Possess strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to follow all processes and procedures mandatory to the Genesis experience

· To aide in anyway when asked to contribute to the running and maintenance of the overall facility

· Serve as a Concierge during customer arrival and exit of their service visit

· Ability to properly check customer in using service lane technology

· Ability to properly transition customer to assigned Service Advocate

· Ability to streamline and manage service drive, loaner, and parking lot operations

· Portray a professional and energetic attitude, appearance, and work ethi
