CASE Management Consulting is seeking a Principal GEOINT Certification Program Manager (Level 5) to lead the development, execution, and sustainment of the NGA GEOINT Certification Program in accordance with DoD policy and Intelligence Community standards. This senior-level role serves as the focal point for certification governance, workforce integration, and institutional accreditation efforts.

The selected candidate will engage directly with NGA and NSG leadership to advance GEOINT tradecraft competencies, integrate certification requirements into PPBE processes, and ensure program effectiveness, compliance, and long-term strategic alignment across the enterprise.

Your Impactful Duties:

• Serve as the focal point for all tasks supporting the development, implementation, execution, maintenance, sustainment, and management of the NGA Certification Program in accordance with references highlighted in draft DoD Manual 3305.10.
• Plan and document program requirements for the GEOINT Certification Program and institutional accreditation; ensure requirements are included in NGA planning, programming, and budgeting (PPBE) processes.
  • Coordinate identification of program resource requirements and prepare submissions for the NGA Program Build.
  • Identify and quantify program education, training, renewal, and professional development requirements (including costs) for inclusion in PPBE documentation.
• Design, develop, and implement a plan to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the GEOINT Certification Program.
• Coordinate development of a position review to identify and categorize GEOINT positions included in the program per DODM 3305.10 requirements and format.
• Engage NGA and NSG senior leadership to convey strategic workforce planning priorities and program status.

Requirements:

• 7+ years demonstrated experience developing GEOINT tradecraft competencies and engaging with GEOINT analysts, training bodies, and leadership to advance GEOINT tradecraft development and strategic human capital initiatives.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience leading credentialing program management office (PMO) functions.
• Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE) Certified Credentialing Specialist (required).
• 12+ months demonstrated experience working with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and Chapter 126 of Title 42, U.S.C. (Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990).

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated experience working within the U.S. Intelligence Community.
• Specific demonstrated experience working within NGA or NSG.
• Demonstrated experience working with Intelligence Community classification markings.
