?? Geotechnical Engineer (P.Eng.) – Major Bridge Infrastructure Project?? Ottawa-Gatineau Region | On-Site

We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer (P.Eng.) to join a high-profile bridge infrastructure project in the National Capital Region. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a landmark transportation project and work alongside multidisciplinary teams on complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead geotechnical investigations, field programs, and subsurface assessments? Design and analyze foundation systems, including piles, caissons, and spread footings? Perform seismic and liquefaction assessments for bridge infrastructure? Evaluate retaining structures, embankments, and slope stabilization solutions? Provide technical support during construction, including site reviews and monitoring? Ientify and mitigate geotechnical and construction-related risks? Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

? P.Eng. designation in Ontario and/or Quebec (or eligibility to obtain)? 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience? Strong bridge and heavy civil infrastructure project experience is required? Expertise in foundation engineering, soil mechanics, and seismic design? Experience with geotechnical software such as GeoStudio, PLAXIS, or gINT? Excellent technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills? French-English bilingualism is considered an asset
