Job Title: Product Repair / Modification TechnicianLocation: Mesa, AZSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PMPay Rate: $29/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Repair / Modification Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and modification of aerospace components. This role involves hands-on technical work in a structured, team-oriented environment under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Assist with disassembly of system components to correct failures or implement design changes
- Perform basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to identify and resolve faults
- Support repair and replacement of faulty mechanical or electrical components
- Conduct validation and verification testing of systems and components
- Fabricate and modify aerospace products according to specifications
- Assist with safe handling procedures for aerospace vehicles (e.g., jacking, towing, system operations)
- Perform daily tasks including repair, modification, and assembly of AH-64 mechanical components
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in reading and writing in English
- Ability to successfully complete certification classes, including:
- Torque
- Safetying Practices
- Mixing and Sealant application
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- to stand for extended periods of time
Work Schedule
- Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Overtime may be required as needed
