The Gift Center Representative ensures that the Gift Center is operating in a professional and organized manner while providing a positive world-class experience to our owners and sales tour guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Executes the gifting process for the designated sales and marketing departments.
- Generates additional profit by soliciting guest to purchase goods and products in a face-to-face presentation.
- Ensures Point of Sale station remains in balance.
- Effectively communicates with management all exceptions and incidents.
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Some customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and mainframe applications.
- Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and the function of detail.
- Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.
- Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests and co-workers.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.
